MN Employee Right to Know/Federal Hazard Communication Training Program.

MN-OSHA informed federal OSHA of its intent to adopt the revised standard (29 CFR Part 1910.1200) with some exceptions. Part 1910.1200 contains language indicating that ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and biological agents are not covered. MN-OSHA concurs, but to avoid confusion will not adopt the federal exceptions because they are covered under Minnesota Employee Right-to-Know (ERTK).
